De-Clutterbug has recently met up with an 'Old' School Friend…

It was a nerve racking experience. The thirty plus years that had elapsed in the intervening time had only served to put wrinkles, grey hairs and the inevitable scars of time on the facial features, not forgetting the additional pounds on the whole body! But, for all that, on meeting, the years rolled away as we embraced like sisters. We soon recalled adventures, idyllic times spent in school, the served typical school meals, influencing teachers, dormitory capers, etc. To hear all the news that had occurred between the time of leaving school and filling the interim period qualifying, degrees, work experience, personal relationships to our re-uniting. Getting together to catch up not only with each other’s news but also, progressing in some way, with those that have stayed in communiqué with other friends who had in turn attended the same school, was quite exciting as well as interesting. Certainly, triggered some time forgotten memories and episodes, long forgotten names suddenly registered again. What had happened to these names which suddenly had faces again as we looked through the landscape view of a photograph showing the whole school assembled en-masse in front of the imposing but beautiful building. It would definitely be nice to meet up with others from the Schools and others that have crossed paths within life’s rich tapestry of education and work place…

I give some of  the names as recalled but of course marriage may have changed the surname as well as title.  Should anybody know the named it would be nice if they could be directed to De-Clutterbug’s website with the view of re-uniting friends, acquaintances and colleagues…
