To the Buyer: FREE POSTING All items listed have UK postage and packaging included in the purchase price. All purchases will be dispatched by Courier or Royal Mail. The Total shown is the full amount to be paid by the Buyer. Once receipt of payment has been made - your purchase will be sent, or, as in the case of collection a contact name and details will be forwarded. Where multiple purchases are made the postage and packaging costs will be taken into consideration eg Items of clothing deduct 20p per additional item. Please confirm the address for delivery of your item especially if destination information differs from invoice details. Email de-clutterbug@live.com
Collection Information for the Buyer: If the item is large, bulky or heavy or if the Buyer is able to collect their purchase(s): Collection in Person, from Warwickshire/East Midlands area, will be requested. In the case of collection a contact name and details will be forwarded once payment for the item(s) has been received. Postage will be deducted from the purchase price. Proof of purchase/identity may be requested on collection of the item.
To the Overseas Buyer: Please contact De-Clutterbug for the cost of additional postage.
Additional Services to the Buyer: If additional security is required for the item by the Buyer please notify De-Clutterbug who will adjust the amount to be paid accordingly, though items of value will be dispatched Special Delivery or similar.
Returns and Refunds: If the Buyer is not satisfied with the purchase(s) for any reason. Postage will be paid by De-Clutterbug for the return of the goods. A full refund inclusive of additional postage will be made on receipt. Please state, if possible, your reason for returning the item(s).
Payment Methods: De-Clutterbug accepts payment via Google Secure Card, Paypal, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash.
1) When paying by cheque please allow clearance before dispatch.
2) Check with post office or bank secure methods of sending cash as guarantee can not be given by De-Clutterbug.
3) Once initial receipt of payment has been received De-Clutter Bug will email Buyer of confirmation of order and delivery details.
